We manufacture moulded flexible foam cushions for automobile seats for cars scooters motor cycles mopeds buses coaches office and house hold furniture seats and back rests ergodynamically designed to suit all type of comforts.

We make these in a standard size of 1000mmX500mm in various thick nesses ranging from 12mm – 200mm and density varying from 32 – 40 kg/Cu Mtr. Confirming to IS 12436.      We manufacture these pipe section by moulds and the sizes ranging from 15mm NB to 750mm NB. With the insulation thickness from 25mm to 250mm. higher thickness above 75mm can be manufactured in 2 layers or 3 layers as per the design and needs as per the standards depending upon the temperature involved.

These type are used for supports for the pipeline, we manufacture anchor type slide type and guide type supports for pipes from 15mm to 750mm NB for various thickness of insulation and density varying from 60 – 700 kg/ CuM.

Polyurethane foam is sprayed by machine on the surface to be insulated to the   required thickness.

These types of foams are abrasion resistance and are widely used in for shock absorbing parts which needs wear resistance.
